Dent is currently seeking a full time Customer Service Representative to work in our Call Center.  Responsibilities include responding to incoming calls and patient inquiries, transferring calls up to appropriate departments or persons in the organization, scheduling appointments, and working with other staff to ensure appropriate scheduling for patients and physicians.  The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, strong computer skills, excellent problem solving skills, and a high level of professionalism.
